We offer a range of billing options for many of our matters, including value-based and hourly billing. We also provide clients with the certainty of fixed cost agreements.

We note, however, that at Fay Rose Legal we understand that financial constraints are a severely limiting factor in approaching the justice system. As much as we understand the need for, and are open to considering requests for fixed billing, this is not always a viable option, for example, some matters are so complex and lengthy that they cannot be assigned a fixed fee.

Fees are agreed after detailed planning and discussion. This means taking full instructions from a client, discussing the extent and nature of work that will be performed, and devising a plan as to proceeding.
