Faye Khalil
Faye is Fay Rose Legal's principal solicitor, with over 16 years, experience successfully advising and acting for clients in a range of matters. Her main focuses have been in family and criminal law.
She is thoroughly skilled in all aspects of family law, including property disputes, maintenance, parenting issues, relocation, child support, consent orders and financial agreements, she also has considerable expertise in managing complex financial settlements and "detangling" a couple's financial affairs. As a result, she has assisted many clients who have family businesses, trusts and large asset portfolios and require a family lawyer that understands the many business and taxation implications of separation.
Likewise, she is highly skilled in all aspects of criminal law, including bail, local court hearings and sentencing. She has also instructed counsel in complex serious criminal matters, such as matters involving the production and supply of commercial quantities of prohibited drugs, serious assault matters, murder, manslaughter and terrorism trials.
The varied skill-set that Faye has acquired over her extensive legal career has helped her build Fay Rose Legal.
